Enrollment Guide
Choose between Customer Participant (Customer Order) or Affiliate options. The price for the products is the same, but benefits vary.
For Orders Placed Within The USA
To order iHeRQles, iRevive, or iPatch Products, click the link under Customer Order or the link under Become an Affiliate. The first page may ask you to select your country and submit. The order page will require you to complete your information at the top including a name for your website. Every customer and Affiliate get their own product order site at no extra charge.
Important Address Formatting
When entering your address for an apartment or suite, always put the apartment or suite number on the FIRST line with a pound sign in front of it. The Nu Xtrax shipping dept. will kick back all packages not formatted as below:

The patches & cream can be shipped worldwide, but the spray is only available in the USA.
